Rules for Poster presentation

• Posters must be printed. We are offering a poster printing service. 
• Poster can be maximum 90cm wide by 90cm high – orientation: Portrait
• The poster must be written in English
• It is possible to include QR code
• During the poster session ( Wednesday 4th March 19.00) authors are requested to stand by their posters for their presentation
• The poster must be mounted at least one hour before the session and dismantled within Saturday 7 at 10.00am

Rules for Oral presentations

• Presenters will be each allowed 8 minutes for presentation and discussion
• The presentation will be in English
• The presentation may contain a maximum 8 slides
• Presentation must be prepared in “.ppt” format and must be loaded at the congress venue in the speakers preview room
